Using the service
Toolmova provides browser-based tools for working with supported image files. Use files you own or have permission to process. Do not use the service to violate another person's rights or to create unlawful material.
The tools in this release are free to use without an account. Supported input formats, byte limits and pixel limits are shown in the interface. Future versions may change or expand the available functions.
Check the output
Image operations can change quality, framing, dimensions and metadata. Inspect the preview and the downloaded file. Keep the original source when it matters. Lossy JPG compression does not preserve every pixel detail.
A result that satisfies a chosen byte cap is not a guarantee of acceptance by an application form, print service or official organisation. Follow that destination's current requirements for dimensions, content, format, background and permitted editing.
Availability and limitations
Browser support, available device memory and image encoding can affect processing. An extremely small cap may not be achievable with your chosen dimensions and quality. The tool should report that condition; do not interpret an error as a completed result.
The tools are provided as available, without a promise that they will meet every individual requirement or remain uninterrupted. These terms do not remove rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Use the contact page for questions or issue reports. The site's owner should update these terms and the privacy policy when introducing material changes such as accounts, payments, server uploads or analytics.
