Feedback that helps
For an issue report, include the tool name, your browser, the input format and the settings you selected. Describe the expected result and what happened instead. A file's approximate dimensions and byte size can help without revealing its contents.
You can also suggest a tool, report unclear Indonesian or English wording, or ask about the project. Toolmova is an independent project; a particular reply time is not promised.
Keep sensitive files to yourself
Do not email identification documents, confidential records, passwords or financial information. If a screenshot is useful, remove personal information first. Ordinary questions can usually be explained with a synthetic sample or a description.
The email button opens your own mail application. Nothing is submitted from this page until you decide to send the message there.
